Graduate Research

Prospective graduate researchers in the Ben T. Zinn Combustion Lab apply for admission through the School of Academic Faculty that is most aligned with their interests.

• Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering: Profs. Lieuwen, Menon, Oefelein, Seitzman, Steinberg, Sun, Yang.
• George Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering: Profs. Genzale, Mazumdar, Ranjan.

Due to a high volume of requests, emailed inquiries regarding admission to graduate studies generally will not receive replies.

Undergraduate Research

Each year, dozens of undergraduate students participate in research experiences at the Ben T. Zinn Combustion Lab. Current un-dergraduate students in the School of Aerospace Engineering and School of Mechanical Engineering should consult their School’s undergraduate research webpage for upcoming opportunities and contact the Academic or Research Faculty member listed in
the posting.
